SUMMARY:2023 June - Salesforce Tour
DESCRIPTION:A tour of SALESFORCE Tower\, Wolff Point\nHosted by: Matt Streid (MKA)\, Sean May (HKS)\, and Jeannie Torres (Hines) \nThis meeting will be a tour of the recently erected\, substantial complete SALESFORCE Tower. We will meet on the Building Lobby at 5PM (address below) were we will meet our hosts. The attendees will be broken into smaller groups and tour various areas of the building spaces. Highlight unique spaces and tenant amenities. \nSalesforce Tower Chicago is the latest high-rise office building to adorn Chicago’s skyline.  The tower serves as the final piece of the decade’s long development on the iconic Wolf Point site at the confluence of the Chicago River.  The building was recently opened to its namesake tenant in early May\, while the remainder of the mid- and high-rise floors are completing their tenant build out for Kirkland and Ellis.  The site tour will be hosted by the property manager and key members of the design team.  The site tour will include access to building amenity spaces\, typical mid-rise floors and BOH mechanical space. \nAs this building has started its tenant operation no Personal Protective Equipment will be required.\nCapacity will be caped at the first 50 members and guest attending. \n333 W Wolff Point Plaza\,\nChicago\, IL 60654 \nTHE JUNE CCHRB MEETING WILL NOT HAVE THE CUSTOMARY SIT-DOWN DINNER \nThose who wish to socialize after the tour. In the age of Pandemics\, owners and planning teams are looking for innovative ways to improve patient and staff safety while reducing costs by improving operational efficiencies.   These challenges can be mitigated with use of conveyance automation technologies as part of any building planning strategy.
